The way in which we perceive the aging journey, and in particular our OWN aging journey, shapes the actual experience. It is important to get the facts (at whatever age you happen to be) and dispel the stereotypes. As with all important life transitions, there is certainly the good, the bad, and maybe even the ugly. Let’s explore this very human experience together.
This HERThirdAct course led by Gerontologist Dr. Maria Carpiac aims to improve/strengthen participants’ positive attitudes about other’s aging and one’s own aging through increasing awareness and reflection.
